Make sure to pull a permit BEFORE work starts! Permit fees have been waived until Sept. 26th for those who have experienced damages from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Work without a permit is subject to an after the fact permit Fee. Starting June 12th, work without a permit will result in an after the fact permit fee which is five (5) times the amount of the standard permit rate.
