Based on the building permit application number below submitted for improvements and renovations to property at the below address, the owner understands and agrees that the maximum value of the improvements cannot exceed the below amount, based on the appraised value of the property. The owner further agrees that any improvement made with a value in excess of the amount below, as determined by the City Building Official, be removed by owner.
