Madeira Beach Recreation Child Care Program
Now Accepting Applications for the 2025–2026 School Year
Madeira Beach Recreation is now accepting applications for its Child Care Programs for the 2025–2026 school year, serving children in grades K–8. The programs include After School Care, Full-Day Camps, and Youth Athletics, offering a safe, educational, and engaging environment for children while supporting working families.
After School Care
Available Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with daily pick-up from:

Madeira Beach Fundamental School

Orange Grove Elementary
Participants take part in structured activities, outdoor play, and homework time, all supervised by certified staff.
School Day Out, Spring Break & Holiday Camps
Full-day care is provided when school is not in session, including:

These programs feature organized games, crafts, and group activities.
Staff Qualifications
All staff members are:

Level 2 background checked
-
Licensed and trained through the Pinellas County Health Department

Experienced in supervising school-aged children
Program Rates

Madeira Beach Residents: $9 per day

Non-Residents: $12 per day
How to Apply
Application packets for the 2025–2026 school year are available online and at the Madeira Beach Recreation Center. A completed packet is also required for participation in Spring Break, Holiday, and School Day Out programs.
