Community Town Hall: Help Shape the Future of 555 150th Avenue

The City has recently purchased a new property located at 555 150th Avenue, and we are inviting the community to participate in an upcoming Town Hall to help guide its future use.

This meeting will focus on narrowing down potential options for the property, and we want to hear your ideas and feedback. Some of the concepts currently being considered include, but are not limited to:

• Beautification projects
• A welcoming entrance to the City
• Parking garage
• Concert or event space
• Shopping and dining opportunities
• Dock slips
• And more

Your input is an important part of this process, and we encourage all residents and stakeholders to attend and share their thoughts.

There are two opportunities to participate:

• Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 6:00 PM
• Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM
