To provide more flexibility, Madeira Beach staff will no longer have designated “Open Wednesday” hours but instead will have staff available for walk ins Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM to assist with general permitting, inspection, and floodplain questions, as well as basic “how-to” guidance for residents and contractors.
You’re welcome to visit City Hall during these hours and request to speak with a staff member. If you would like to discuss zoning matters, new developments, new builds, or elevation projects, please contact planning@madeirabeachfl.gov to schedule a meeting. Scheduling an appointment ensures that the appropriate staff are available to provide you with the most accurate information and guidance.
