You are permitted to consume alcoholic beverages on the beach, but not in glass containers. The exceptions to the regulations are:
- Beach-access easements
- Kitty Stuart Park
- Picnic shelter at Archibald Park, which extends 20 feet in all directions from the outer edge of the picnic shelter
