Resignation- Mayor Rostek

On June 14th, 1:00pm, Mayor Jim Rostek tendered his resignation effective immediately. Per the City of Madeira Beach Charter, Vice Mayor Anne- Marie Brooks will step in as Mayor.

We are currently reviewing the process of replacing District 4 Commissioner with the City Attorney. More information on the qualifying and selection process will be shared early next week with a special meeting to be scheduled on June 26th, time to be determined.
