2024 Resident Parking Permits Available Dec. 1st

Starting December 1st Resident parking passes will be available online and in person! This year we are going paperless and there will not be a sticker to place on the car, all plates will be entered into our parking system.

2023 Resident Parking Permits will expire February 1st, 2024 and can be subject to a parking violation if not updated to the paperless 2024 permit.

  • Items needed to obtain a resident parking permit: 
    • Vehicle Registration
    • Proof of Residency:
      • Driver’s License with Madeira Beach address.
        *The address will be checked against the Pinellas Property Appraiser Website to ensure it is within City limits. 
      • Lease agreement (6 months or longer).
      • Real estate tax bill.
      • Voter’s registration card
  • In Person Registration: Please be patient, lines can get long
    • 2nd floor City Hall; Mon-Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm
    • Bring in documents needed- see above list
    • Immediate approval
  • Vehicle Changes during Year: (car or plate number)
    *If a residents gets a new car or plate number it is the residents responsibility to contact the Parking Department (Parking@madeirabeachfl.gov) or come in person to get the permit to the proper vehicle. To verify the vehicle the City will require to see the vehicle registration (emailed or in person).  Not updating vehicle information can result in a parking violation.
