AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW CDC COVID-19 STOP THE SPREAD GUIDLINES: Wear a mask to keep your nose and mouth covered when in public settings. Avoid close contact by staying at least 6 feet apart (about 2 arms’ length) from anyone who is not from your household. Wash your hands often or use hand sanitizer (with at least 60% alcohol).

AGREEMENT TO ASSUME RISK AND HOLD HARMLESS: In consideration of being permitted to participate in the City of Madeira Beach’s Festival of Lights Holiday Boat Parade, and being fully knowledgeable of the risks while boating through the evening, I agree to hold harmless the City of Madeira Beach and its officers from any and all damages, losses, claims, suits, actions, expenses or liabilities which may directly or indirectly arise from my participation in the Parade.
