The Schooner Development Agreement and Second Reading of the Rezoning will be continued because of advertising concerns, these items will not be heard at the June 9th BOC meeting. The developer would also like to take this opportunity to simplify the Development Agreement to ensure that there is adequate parking.
The Schooner Development Agreement will go before the planning commission on July 12th 6pm and then will go before the Board of Commission on July 14th.
