Citizens’ Academy
Interested in how the City of Madeira Beach runs from day to day? Join us for the Citizens' Academy starting in October 2024. Each session Residents will meet with a different department to provide participants with insight on how our local government works and the functions of City departments.
Fill out the application below to be considered for the Citizens' Academy. Candidates must be Madeira Beach residents and available on a Wednesday evening, once a month, to meet with staff. Dinner will be provided during meetings.

Citizens' Academy for 2024/2025 has been chosen. Check back in Summer of 2025 for registration to reopen for the next class.
**Due to Hurricanes Helene & Milton the Citizens' Academy will be postponed until January 2025. A schedule will be sent out to registered members once confirmed.
