Disputing a Parking Ticket
*Disclaimer: The following guidelines apply to parking ticket disputes and will be strictly enforced!
- Errors related to incorrect zone numbers will not be waived under any circumstances.
- All parking sessions must be activated upon arrival; all vehicles occupying a paid parking space must have a paid parking session, regardless of the time occupied.
- To ensure your case is reviewed, all parking disputes must be submitted within five (5) business days of the ticket issuance.
- If you cannot dispute your parking ticket online, please contact us at jyahia@madeirabeachfl.gov for assistance.
- All patron license plates must be entered correctly for the parking session to be considered valid.
Parking on the street? Make sure to park in the same direction as traffic. Parking with the left wheel to the curb can result in a ticket. If you're eligible, obtain a resident parking pass.
Entering the correct plate number is essential to avoid receiving a ticket. We recommend writing it down or taking a picture to ensure accuracy.
