Disputing a Parking Ticket
*Disclaimer: The following guidelines apply to parking ticket disputes and will be strictly enforced!
- Parking tickets issued for "No Payment Found" due to an incorrect license plate number may be waived only once. Any further tickets for this issue will not be waived. Errors related to incorrect zone numbers will not be waived under any circumstances.
- To ensure your case is reviewed, all parking disputes must be submitted within five (5) business days of the ticket issuance.

Parking on the street? Make sure to park in the same direction as traffic. Parking with the left wheel to the curb can result in a ticket. If you're eligible, obtain a resident parking pass.
Entering the correct plate number is important to avoid receiving a ticket. We recommend writing it down or taking a picture to ensure accuracy.
