Mobile Parking Rates
🚗 Parking Rate Update – Effective October 1 🚗
Starting October 1, 2024, the City will adjust the hourly parking rate from $3.00 to $4.00 per hour. This change will help us enhance our services, maintain our facilities, and ensure a smooth parking experience for everyone.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we improve our city for residents and visitors alike.

There is also privately owned parking around John’s Pass Village, including the John’s Pass Village Parking Garage (727-398-3968) and lots operated by FLParking (727-401-0530). Pinellas County owns and manages the lot located on Gulf Blvd at 145th Ave. and can be contacted at 727-582-2100 Ext. 0
Handicap Parking
Drivers with valid Handicap placards, license plates, or stickers can park for free in City-owned lots, according to FL Statute 316.1964. The permit must be properly displayed and only used when transporting the permit holder. It is valid at metered spaces without time limits, but all other parking rules apply, such as no parking after midnight and in no-parking zones.

Madeira Beach provides complimentary parking to Veterans with the following license plates. Thank you for your service and sacrifice.
