REFERENDUM QUESTION
The City of Madeira Beach voters authorized the sale of real property located at 13222 3rd Street E.

CHARTER AMENDMENT #1
The City of Madeira Beach voters approved an amendment to subparagraph (A) of Section 3.3 of the Charter to provide that candidates seeking the office of Mayor or District Commissioner be an elector and resident of the City of Madeira Beach, Florida, one year prior to the date of said application.  [This requirement was originally two years prior to date of said application]

CHARTER AMENDMENT #2
The City of Madeira Beach voters approved an amendment to subparagraph (C) of Section 3.3 of the Charter to provide that candidates seeking the office of Mayor or District Commissioner shall submit twenty-five Candidate Petition Forms signed by qualified voters of the City of Madeira Beach, Florida, and to delete the qualifying petition fee requirement. [The original requirement was for 100 Candidate Petition Forms or 50 Candidate Petition Forms and $50 qualifying petition fee]
