FEMA 50% Rule Public Meeting- 10/23/24

In order for us to keep the FEMA 50% Rule Public Meeting rolling we will be using comment cards for questions. Please fill out a comment card upon arrival to the meeting and hand it to a staff member.
Questions will be compiled and read during the meeting. Not all questions will be answered, but a list of all questions with answers will be posted on our website post meeting.
Please be aware, those who are unruly at the meeting will be asked to leave or escorted out.
Can't make the meeting but have questions? We have open office hours this week with the Building/Community Development Departments daily from 11am to 3:30 pm. Next week we will go back to Wednesdays 11am to 3:30pm. If you need an appointment outside those hours please call 727-391-9951 x244 or contact planning@madeirabeachfl.gov.
